Physical traits important to medical aesthetics consumers in China 2020
More and more Chinese young people believe that a better appearance can boost their salaries and opt for beauty treatments and surgeries. In a medical aesthetics consumer survey conducted in March 2020, about 95 percent of the Chinese respondents said that they would like to have bright and spotless skin. The same survey found that skin and facial rejuvenation treatment, such as skin whitening, anti-aging and anti-wrinkles, was the most popular medical aesthetics procedure.
